SRSs do 99% of the memory work for you. The one percent is just you using it a few minutes every day. However, if you`re doing the 10,000 sentences deal, then it can be quite a challenge if it takes you a long time to find sentences. This is how I do it:
- I don`t focus on sentences. I focus on media like manga, or television, or Wikipedia, etc. which is where I get the sentences. This is by far more fun anyways, and I`m planning on reading some One Piece right after I post this.
- I copy/paste sentences into a notepad file where I bank them.
- And then I copy/paste those at a set rate per day like in the video below.

My question is;
Basically, do you think that a Anki card show anytime only 2 Fields; Front for question and Back for answer?, even if you make more than 2 fields on the card-layout dialogue.
I’d like to control card-layout to be showing 4 fields in order like; e.g. Question → Hints → Answer → Supplement, but it hasn’t work. It always shows just Question and Hints. I also don’t understand why added fields aren’t even previewed on the card-layout dialogue.
I use MAC osX 10.5.8.
It would be great helpful if you answer the question.
